My passion for fitness and health developed through years of training for fun. To get the most out of my exercise sessions I chose to educate myself and put the work in to establish good practices.

I’m want to make working towards your health and fitness goals fun and exciting.

We’ve all been there when it comes to weight fluctuation, or training hard but not making the progress we want. It’s all too easy to get sucked in to scrolling through Instagram, wishing we had that body and looking for a quick fix. I must have tried every fad diet going, weight loss teas, coffee, magic fat burning supplements - you name it, I’ve tried it.

But, through extensive training and surrounding myself with the right people I stopped looking for the ‘quick fix’ and started to enjoy fitness. I created Studio Greene to demonstrate that a fit and healthy physique is not only within easy reach, but that exercise can be enjoyable too. I want you to feel comfortable training with me and excited to workout.
